Photo Tour of the 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival
Spring has arrived at Epcot! Today is the first day of the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival and the park is all a-bloom with colorful gardens, character topiaries, and of course, plenty of eats.
Running now through June 3, 2019, the festival features daily live concerts, outdoor kitchens throughout the World Showcase serving up food and drink, unique festival merchandise, and more.
But the highlight for many festival-goers are the topiaries that are placed throughout the park. These “living” versions of popular Disney characters are perfect backdrops for photos and visitors line up to take pictures or have their pictures taken in front of them.
I stopped by Epcot on the first day of the festival to do just that, so here are all of this year’s topiaries and where to find them.
Let’s start at the entrance where butterflies set the stage and welcome you to this year’s festival:
Before we head over into the World Showcase, let’s take a walk around Futureworld:
Time to make our way back from Futureworld and head over to the World Showcase where the majority of the topiaries are located. On the walkway over, be sure to stop and see these displays:
Now it’s on to the World Showcase where we’ll start to the right where along the way we get to take in some great views of the flower beds which are just popping with color along the water:
Our first stop is in the UK:
Over the bridge and we’re in France:
Morocco is where you’ll find the return of the Urban Spice Garden:
From Morocco we walk over to Japan where Bonsai trees take on the role of topiaries:
Next, we head over to America:
Our next stop on our trip around the world takes us to Italy:
Between Italy and the Outpost, a popular topiary is back:
Across the bridge and we arrive in China:
Next stop, Norway!
Over to Mexico where as I was walking by the mariachi band was putting on their new show featuring stories and music from the movie Coco:
Well, that wraps up the tour of all the topiaries at this year’s Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Hope you enjoyed this trip around the world in flowers!
